Of course they are underreported. Unless the medical examiner specifically mentions heat in their report, it will not be counted as such. They will be simply heart attacks, strokes, or asthma attacks…or any number of things. Consider the single person, living g alone who is overcome by the heat, and they pass out on a ladder, or falls down their stairs from confusion. Those would not be counted as heat related.
The amount of black people thst have died from heatstroke is off the charts, maybe do some research next time, stop treating the sun like it's your homie😂

What is going on ?? Families must get together at times like this I checked on my mom to make sure she had two Ac and I wouldn’t let anyone walk I don’t understand this ? There is also underlying issues that the heat is exacerbating that is causing death as well
