I was about to comment that that didn't seem too bad a haul, until I read that was across 15 charity shops and most of your day. Even focusing on smaller profit but easy to list items from the toy boxes seems to be difficult at times as seemingly anything noteworthy is plucked from it and into the glass cabinet! Speaking of which, it's obvious they haven't got a clue about any of what they had. The yellow tanker next to the G1 looked like it could've been Dinky and potentially worth a punt at a fiver, but £10 for a common as muck Corgi Ferrari 308; hopeless! Seems to be the norm unfortunately; anything "older" is deemed to be worthy of the glass museum, regardless of the condition and true value! Great stuff with the sales though! I need to do the same, just get a load listed to hopefully kick the algorithm up the backside!
Those adventure people shuttles were a blast from the past,I remember having one of those as a kid
I liked the look of them.. no figures or accessories though so priced a bit steep
Made some good pick ups there. My local charity shops I don't even bother with anymore. Not found anything in them for ages.
i find there are £10-£15 items out there... just hope the asking price is low enough
@MasterofPieces I sent a pair of old Converse to my local one a few months back, just to see how much they would price them at for a laugh. More than I paid for originally and more than brand new online. Madness. They're still there.

A family member works in a national charity shop and eBay are teaching each shop manager how to do eBay from their own shop so they can list all the good stuff onto eBay instead of it going out the door, they even have a dedicated person at eBay who they can contact if they get stuck with anything.
yeah I can totally imagine that... the online retaillers aren;t stupid and if they see an opportunity for business they'll go for it. No doubt resellers will get the blame

haha i picked up that exact camera yesterday in Ty Hafan, was liking the look of it until I saw the inside of the battery compartment. I was screaming at the screen just ‘check the battery compartment!’ 😂

literally is a health hazard that shop. i got a dodgy wrist atm and that stack of boardgames falling on it did not help at all!

I don't think it was that bad - picked up a few bits to sell and added to your collection. Beats a day where you go home empty handed
yeah but to only make a potential £50 profit from 15 charity shops over about 5 hours... not the most efficient way to spend the day. Could have probs bought that transformer on ebay for the cost of fuel I spent ha
Have you checked the authentication codes, perhaps they're fake shirts and that why they're left?
Nice pick ups Ian, I noticed you've started to offer free postage on a lot of your items. Do you think it's made a big difference to sales & how do you post i.e 1st class, 2 class, 2nd signed?
yeah I've started to do free postage. I don't think it really changes anything... I add the postage cost on to the item cost so the buyer still pays the same and I receive the same. Looking at my ebay metrics, people have commented my postage charge was too high so this gets round that

Pair of Diesel jeans from BHF £7 ( caught them napping on that one😂). Next shop along wanted £7.50 for a plain solid colour T shirt from primark, I think the lad behind the counter heard me when I laughed.
