My husband loved those alarm clocks. Used them for years to wake him up for work! Wind it up, set it, and sleep all night. When that thing went off, there was no way you couldn't hear it! 😂😅
We have a leather cleaner and conditioner that just does miracles on bags like that. So look for that kind of product and then you can do a polish or wax and then buffet really well.
Nooooo … that Coach bag is great! From what I could see it’s perfect. Those are my favorite to find because they are so satisfying to refurbish. Vacuum the interior of the purse. 1). Use brass cleaner on all the brass bits. The strap links and all. Use q-tips to get under the strap loops a little. Don’t worry about getting Brasso on the leather. Finish this step in 15-20 minutes. 2). Immerse the purse in very warm soapy water. I like blue Dawn. Use a soft brush to scrub the brass bits, the brasso, any stains. Soak for a few hours to overnight. 3). Rinse, soak for an hour, rinse, soak, rinse. 4). Let drip for an hour, lay out on towel and reshape with clean rags. Let dry for 1-3 days changing rags, if needed. 4). Condition with leather conditioner, Wonder Balsam or Saphir or whatever. Buff it with a super soft bristle brush or terry cloth rag. 5). Sit back and admire vintage Coach and your well rewarded efforts. Amazing deal!! Sorry your purse got stolen, that stinks!
I love that Coach purse! I have one just like it! I used one of those shoe polisher sponges that doesn't have any polish or color on it on mine....I can't remember the name of it! I used that so I wouldn't have color coming off on me or my clothes! I polished up the brass with a Scotch Brite kitchen scrubber. I know some people use a liquid polish.....I didn't and it still looked good. Good luck!
You can definitely rehab the coach bag there is a TH-cam video showing how to actually wash it in soap and water leg dry 24 hours with towels inside and then condition with leather conditioner it will look great
I didn't get to shop at Goodwill in Southaven, MS when I went 2 weeks ago but got to stop in Corinth. Found a Michael Kors bag and a Chanel. Both like new. I was close to your area too.
I did enjoy the shopping trip and you sure do know how to manifest something you want. I would have liked to seen you pick up your daughter . I don't see near enough of her. Blessings and love from New Mexico
The Coach bag is vintage. My mom gifted me one in brown for my 40th birthday. That was nearly 30 years ago. It was one of the original styles that Coach was famous for. It was referred to as a saddlebag.
Hi Julie..great day at the bins. I have a small collection of the alarm clocks. I think you can send that Coach off and they redo it free. If not just use leather cleaner. Someone will want it. I love the shelf. Ithink the plate are Johnson Brothers. I love my set of Johnson Brother. Wryn will love the purse and toys. My little neighbor puts both legs in a legging to say she is a mermaid! I love the old pink bowl. I don’t do pink anything even clothes but someone who loves pink will buy that immediately. That was a great thrift day. ❤❤❤❤ I wish you could come to our area of WV ..the last days of estate sales they practically give you the stuff..it’s like feel a bag..they don’t even look and say five or ten dollars. We have been estate shoppers for over twenty years.❤❤❤
Tractor supply has leather cleaners and wax for saddles and I use it on my smooth leather coat and purse. Cleans and conditions .Oh and you can get black leather dye I the shoe polish ailse and cover up scrat he's etc.
Scrub the purse with saddle soap and a wipe off with a clean towel. Stuff the bag with towels or tee shirts to reshape it. When dry, put leather conditioner on it. BTW it appears you found a style called the Station Bag.
1:14 the small tabletop quartz clocks look great sitting on top of books or paired with crystal vases, etc 2:14 the tiny yellow vase is vintage 3:18 oh I hate that your purse was stolen
The coach bag looks to be what we used to call saddle leather . The more worn it got the better it looks. I do not know if that style is back in yet or not. I would just put a little conditioner on it and leave it as it is .
IDK WHY stores have to have music...its distracting and annoying.. maybe its to keep our mind busy so we dont realize that they're charging us too much! 🤷
YIKES! that means everything in your bag got stolen too, is your wallet in tact??? Those Baby Bens were good clocks, from the 60's they last a lifetime if you dont wind them too tight
That coach bag made me gasp.... love it! It was garbage to someone at some point which is why they got rid of it, but NOT ANYMORE!!! Have you not heard someone's trash is someone else's treasure! What great finds!!!

Baby Ben and Big Ben Clocks are collector's items. Love your channel.
I had that Baby Ben clock in college
My husband loved those alarm clocks. Used them for years to wake him up for work! Wind it up, set it, and sleep all night. When that thing went off, there was no way you couldn't hear it! 😂😅

Im liking those clocks!
Some Coach leather moisturizer on a regular basis would do wonders for that bag. Can’t beat a vintage Coach! Glad you found one.
Love the big platter.
Baby Ben and Big Ben clocks are very popular. Love them
I would have scooped up both Baby Ben/Big Ben clocks. They're great tucked in a shelf display or vignette.
Love the old clocks. I have them on a shelf and some are on a stack of books!
Always get the Big Bens and Baby Ben's great resale value. Collectable

Wow, great finds for the end of the day. 😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉
The half moon Pottery bowl would make a good dog water dish. It would also be out of the way as it would hug the wall.
Great finds, condition the purse and it will live on,clocks are great too ❤
Love shopping with you at the bins. I really like that shelf.
I've picked up many name brand purses, my last one was a Prada and a coach.
Love the clocks
Fabulous finds i really like everything you picked up 👆 😊 see you next time happy thrifting sweet lady 😊🦋🌻🐞💛🌷
Baby Ben’s are awesome
I’m sorry your purse got stolen but so cool you found another coach bag and all that for $12. Unbelievable. You find neat items.
Saddle soap and mink oil, for leather! My dad had a "Big Ben" clock like that, back in the fifties, when I was a little girl. They are the best.
I used Murphys Oil Soap and water with a microfiber cloth on a leather jacket.....AMAZING RESULTS, looks brand new!
Look on TH-cam on how to clean and restore a vintage coach bag. It is worth it. They don’t make them like they use to. Excellent find!
I didn't get to shop at Goodwill in Southaven, MS when I went 2 weeks ago but got to stop in Corinth. Found a Michael Kors bag and a Chanel. Both like new. I was close to your area too.

Coach makes a leather cleaner. That’s what I would use on that bag. It is great
Scrub the purse with saddle soap and a wipe off with a clean towel. Stuff the bag with towels or tee shirts to reshape it. When dry, put leather conditioner on it. BTW it appears you found a style called the Station Bag.
Some kind of a leather conditioner might help the Coach bag. Great score & so serendipitous! Love your videos.
Ben clocks are very collectible ❤ I think you should have google lensed the dark and moody vase….
My best guess would be that it was a DIY of someone that wanted to give it a distressed look. Seems to be a huge trend in the US nowadays 🤷🏼♀️
1:14 the small tabletop quartz clocks look great sitting on top of books or paired with crystal vases, etc 2:14 the tiny yellow vase is vintage 3:18 oh I hate that your purse was stolen

Just use a good leather cleaner for the Coach bag.
Saddle soap within that leather
They are collectible clocks…
ReAlly liked the pink bowl. Cameo pottery is really collectable in my world.
For some reason on my end I’m unable to access your website. Anyone else?

I think it's all garbage , that Coach bag is so ugly and old I don't believe you took it 😮
Such harsh words, not necessary. Move along.
