The way I see it, the Majin Buu saga is where "everything that could've went wrong, went wrong".

Qaaman's Land I think so because of the many opportunities to prevent and end Majin Buu. Some people/scenarios that failed: SSJ2 G v V, SSJ3 Goku, SSJ3 Gotenks, Ult Gohan (despite loved ones being inside Buu), Vegito (despite.....), and SSJ3 Goku again lol (could've killed KBuu in beginning)
Other sagas had these 'screw up' moments as well, but it almost seemed as a running joke for the Buu saga.

honestly trunks got lucky in 10 years of training he still couldnt go ss2 he needed supreme kai training just to be full powered ss1 that goku and gohan was on the cell arc
trunks got super lucky the kai died and he unlocked ss2 to beat debora who was stronger than him.
in trunks timeline where anything that can go wrong usually goes wrong trunks had some god luckk
@@animejerk05 you might be very misinformed, Trunks had a MASTERED SSJ2, on par if not more powerful and sustainable than Goku's SSJ3, according to the manga.

Krillin would turn off 17, and Cell would never become perfect, Gohan would never become a Super Sayain, Goku wouldn't die, Vegeta wouldn't have earned respect for Trunks, and Goten might be stronger since Goku would be there for him. Also, I doubt Babidi would come to Earth. If he does, then I don't think they'd be able to beat Buu. So, it's a good thing that 17 was absorbed first.
Babidi would still go to earth, Supreme Kai explained that buu's ball has bin laying deep within the earth all the time, if anything its a lucky break for Babidi that the Z Fighters live on Earth, else Yamu and Spopovitch had to have gathered energy from literally millions of people.

Demon Emperor Void Swag Broly's Great Ape form would most likely destroy everything until either Kami or Roshi destroy the moon. When Goku first transformed he had a power of 100 since his base was 10 when Broly transform he would have a power past 100,000 so either he destroy everything before the moon disappears or Roshi or Kami would destroy the moon and even then it's doubtful that Roshi would even know to destroy it since at first he planned on hitting Goku with his Kamehameha.

This is insane how we can find the smallest of things in this show as having a universe of influence between life or death for our heroes
Even if Freeza was resurrected, he wouldn't have learned that Goku had been dead. If he learned that Goku was dead, he'd probably be disappointed that it wasn't him that killed Goku. As a result, he wouldn't have as much determination or motivation to train and become stronger. That's my theory if Freeza would be resurrected in scenario B or C.
its funny because if freeza did come back and DIDNT train, then eventually found out vegeta was on earth, if he ever went to confront vegeta he would just get destroyed

1. Vegeta wouldn't have achieved Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan due to their lesser interactions with Beerus and Whis.
2. If Frieza didn't train, then Vegeta would still win. However, his personality wouldn't have changed all that much. He would have slowly held his ki blast in front of Frieza, and given him enough time to take the entire planet with him, just like in Super and the movie. Then, because of their lessened interactions with Beerus and Whis, Whis wouldn't have reversed time for them, marking the end of Earth in Universe 7.

Rew Rose Of course he COULD. But remember, Vegeta is very egotistical. He would want to savor the moment. Especially when confronting the man(woman?) who killed most of his entire race. This was shown in both Ressurection of F and Super, when he slowly held his ki blast hovering in front of Frieza instead of killing him instantly. This is a major issue with Vegeta that has been shown throughout the series. (Thinking he's strong enough to beat Goku without the help of Nappa, allowing Cell to transform into his perfect form, etc.)

I have an idea for a future topic. What if Krillin was more careful, after getting his potential unlocked by Guru, not to be found by Vegeta? How would the Namek saga be if he wasn't distracted by the high power he got while taking the dragon ball back to Bulma and Gohan's place?

Qaaman's Land Actually it's possible. It's a what if Krillin didn't get excited of his power unlock and was more careful to avoid Vegeta and his sensing powers. Krillin was already aware of Vegeta's power of sensing others.
Also, Vegeta didn't know that Krillin and the others were on Namek yet.

This is pretty much moot now that we know that Zeno was already planning on wiping out several universes, tournament or not.

I'll explain! First of all, he'd be way stronger then Raditz. I'll explain how it would happen. Let's say that krillin were a saiyan that got born on planet vegeta. Now when Goku was sent to earth, ket´s just say that someone finds out about Roshi and King Piccolo and decides to send another saiyan for backup. Now as we know Goku falls on his head and becomes good. But when Krillin lands. He's taken in by those monk dudes. They do some ritual that made him good again. ;)

Pilaf's wish could change a lot, as well.
The strawberry thing could have some funny gags in the future. Perhaps a tastier Senzu? (In the sense that it would fill you up because it is everlasting)

Well, it would change a lot of early Dragon Ball.
Might negate a lot of the Red Ribbon storyline, which in turn might even negate the whole Android/Cell saga.
In fact, there might even be an interesting conflict between the RR Army and Pilaf.
In the long run though, it might not change a lot until we get to the Cell saga.
Also, wishing to take over the world is pretty vague. In what sense would he control it all? Would he be all powerful as best to the limits of the Dragon Balls at the time? If so, he would wreck an early Goku, possibly.
Or would it just be a political/tyrannical thing?
That's why I want your help analyzing this.
Plus, keep in mind this would probably negate the whole need for Piccolo to even be released in the first place. That would change A LOT in the series.

Essentially Pilaf's wish could prevent Piccolo, the androids, and Cell from being in the picture.

What If Super Buu Killed Both Bulma and Chichi before goten and trunks went into the time chamber. Remember when they got in there goten was ready to train hard because of the emotion of his mother being killed infront of him but trunk's laid back attitude snaps him out of it and he even suggests that they hold back at the start of the fight. Goten on the other hand was planning on using SSJ3 right away to kill Buu. If bulma was also killed Trunks might have been more motivated to train harder and also kill buu for revenge without drawing out the fight. this extra emotion might have made them both train harder instead of wasting time coming up with a list of special moves, this more intense training might result in a slightly stronger gotenks. Qaaman do you think moving past the buu arc this experience might make goten and trunks aim to train more to be serious fighters since they would be the ones to defeat buu in this version?

If im not wrong...Gohan was the second weakest. Because while Vegeta's base was greater, the SSJ2 transformation still made Gohan stronger stated by Vegeta himself.
So the whole problem of the buu arc just depended on a game of rock paper scissors.

I think Goku might still tell Piccolo about the fusion dance to teach Goten and Trunks but it wouldn’t be as important for them to learn it right now.
Vegeta being possessed to be strong is one of the most uncomfortable inconsistencies in DBZ, given his pride. He would not sacrifice his pride to be strong.

If Goku never befriends Grand Zeno, Universe 7 gets erased. Remember it was Goku's tournament idea that led Grand Zeno to not simply erase all the universes, as opposed to giving them to the chance to fight, testing them.

The Budokai Tenkeichi 2 does this what if story in a story mode. It's known as "Destined Rivals"
I think another interesting what if scenario would be What If? Frieza and King Cold didn't go to Earth immediately after the Namek Arc and trained before they came back to Earth and came to Earth at the same time as the Androids were at Earth! How would Dragon Ball Z look like with more powerfully trained Frieza and King Cold and the Androids in the same time period!
