It's always been eivor varinsdottir in which the last name means varins daughter. You find proof of this being actually the case in letters and lore in the game. Plus when you select let the animus decide in game for the appearance change they always make eivor female and Odin during our playthrough in the asgard arc male.

Glitches in my game Hel doesn't die i can bring her down to her last bit of health and it turns red but never actually depletes no matter what I do.
