Perfect Condition - You can't die by incapacitated, but every incapacitation will decrease your max health by 25% (but no less than 10% of its original value).
Expired Medicine - You will find twice as many medkits than usual during missions, and killing a special zombie might drop a medkit with a chance but all medkits heal 50% less.
