I just took receipt of these and have been casually playing around with them. My initial impressions are that, at their current price, these are a very good choice for a travel pair if you don’t need god tier ANC. Sonically, I find the bass to be good. I’m not a bass head so it’s fine for me. I can use the bass preset if I want more. The treble is a double edged sword. It can be a bit aggressive but at the same time give you detail and a sense of space. It manages to walk that tightrope fairly well.
Battery without LDAC and ANC OFF is a joke @ 6.5hours, the Opera05's (triple drivers) get me 2 full days on/off use with LDAC @ 16/44.1 on a single charge (I power them off at end of the day, leaving them out the case).
These are selling for 44$ in my country, I couldn't help it but ordering one instead of the Liberty 4 NC I had initially planned to order (being one year older and more expansive selling for 66$) I hope I made the right choice (main reason to buy is calls)
Hmmm may have to give these a GO as Soundpeats has continuously improved their quality product offering. At this price and amount of features, I agree wireless charging should have been added. Thx for the excellent review as usual!!
Just a suggestion, can you include whether or not earbuds have lights on in operation in your reviews? I like listening in bed and the lights on my mini's are super bright in a dark room.
It's nice to hear soundpeats has now made controls customizable. Still a little hesitant. Earbuds definitely seem worth the chance, but I already didn't like the stem fit of the earfun air pro 4.
Hello great review. justy got these and the Noise Cancelling does not change at all as i press NC to Normal to Transparent modes on the app , i mean no change, no NC nothing. ?? Help Ian from London
I haven't heard about that brand since I bought a pair back in 2015 around there I bought them at $19.99 old headphones Bluetooth they didn't last long but they did sounded good with decent bass I need to try them to see if the sound and quality change for the better or not. 😎
Not really into stem style designed earbuds AS MUCH as im into regular earbud designs but I would rock stem style earbuds if they were enticing enough. I'm surprised these have weak battery capacity also. How did they go from 12.5 hours playback on the ENGINE4 earbuds but then go back to the battery capacity these have?🤔 Anyways, I'm also surprised they dont have wireless charging. I dont use WC as much but even cheaper 30 dollar earbuds have wireless charging like the Tozo T6 earbuds. That's strange.
Can't find the capsule 3 pro + on the french amazon Can't find the new app anywhere I have the sound peats opera, they are not bad but frankly not my best. I am a fan of the 360 sound effects. Don't know if they give that
I have a problem with Capsule 3 Pro, the right earbud won't full charged to 100% for some reason (I already did everything). Anyone have a similar issue with me?
I order this and wanna replace my 3 years old Soundcore liberty 3 pro and after testing the audio quality and the mic performance , I have decided to keep the Soundcore😅
I was all in on these...until the lack of wireless charging. Man that's just become almost a must have for me with my earbuds. I still may check them out. Appreciate you continuing to show Soundpeats love...
I don't understand why companies market earbuds/headphones as hi-res when we can only hear up to 20k Hz. I do understand that sub 20 Hz bass manifests itself as greater air movement against our ear drums...
There's a group of people that insist they can hear like bats, and you can't tell them otherwise. So they take advantage of those people, and it works. There's also uneducated consumers who fall for buzzwords.
@@hilmyakatsuki1665 And what's hi-res audio? It's audio consisting of sounds outside of the audible frequency range of humans which means we will not be able to hear the higher resolution sounds. I think it's a gimmick. Q.E.D. Now newer speaker technologies reduce distortion and increase the clarity of the audio. But what you really only hear is what's in that audio range.
@@kevin._101it's been my daily driver since I bought it. Sound wise they're superior to every TWS I've tried. That being said, their anc is just okay, Bluetooth has connection issues a decent amount, and max volume is a little low. If you can ignore these three things then it's great.
Red flags for me as a sound first kinda guy. Sounds like the old Edifier TWS1 Pro treble cannons everyone gushed over as having great detail and 'accurate' bass. It does have breathtaking clarity, but the bass absolutely sucks. When reviewers use 'accurate' and 'tight' for bass rather than 'deep and impactful without encroaching..' that tells me it's just weak.
You are right, those are not good sounding earbuds. It has big main driver, but does not bring any sub-bass. Lot of highs and mids, quite often harsh and overwhelming. Listening of my beloved songs of Night Flight Orchestra was tough and unpleasant. Equalizer does not bring any solution, just getting things worse. In my opinion, for this moment, it’s not a good choice. Maybe it can be resolved with future firmware update, and some changes in sound profile and different balance between drivers.
I find wireless charging gimmicky. I rather have faster wired charging. I charge my buds every other week for an hour. It also adds cost to the product. Maybe some people like it but I almost wish it would just go away. USB C is just so ubiquitous.
@@kaivorth1 naw, I've been wirelessly charging my phones for a decade now. It's no gimmick. Nothing beats the overnight convinience when you don't care about mega fast wattage
@@varunaX It's wasteful. It's about 80% efficient. It's a strange convenience, at least for me. It takes 0 effort to plug your phone in versus gently placing it correctly on a wireless charger. And you can't use your phone while it's charging wirelessly. You like what you like though, I just can't imagine you losing sleep over plugging it in versus charging wirelessly
Uygulaması çok kötü capsul 3 pro kullanıyorum tiz sesleri patlıyor sonra anc Enc modları düzgün çalışmıyor acilen güncelleme gerekli yoksa müşteri kaybederler 😢
Now also even though I use a iPhone suprised these don’t have google fast since earfun added it with there newest earbuds and also wireless charging would be nice and wear sensors that I can pause the music would be nice to see. How do these compare to the opera 05
Thanks for a great review.
How does this compare to the Capsule 3 pro ( no plus)
This new soudpeats app works also on Capsule 3 Pro? Like, can be used to customize the Capsule 3 Pro controls to previous track?
How about sibilance? These treble-rich earphones usually suffer from harsh high-ends which can be fatiguing.
It has MEMS driver so there is no problems.
I wonder how the sound quality would compare to the Liberty 4's ACAA 3.0 Coaxial Acoustic System.
How do these compare to the Soundpeats Air 4 pro?
I would like to know it too
Capsule 3prp plus a little bit more better ,but both of them was amazing for the sound quality and bass performance
thank you for the video. Does this support multi point connectivity ?
