Ingredients: 4-5 bunches of fenugreek leaves (methi), 2-3 each of onions & tomatoes, 4-5 green chillies, asafoetida, half tea spoon each of turmeric powder, mustard & cumin seeds, quarter tea spoon each of ginger garlic paste & fenugreek seeds, 1 table spoon of chana dal, 1 bulb of garlic, 1 tea spoon of chilli powder, salt to taste and oil.
