Thnx for you video and the recipes. Great idea with this "ugly" vegetables. Here in the Netherlands there are also farmers from wich you can buy this "ugly" vegetables. Eastern countries food is the way forward for many many remote communities, not only healthy as much is based on using vegetables but also,can add value as one use much less fish and meat to make a meal. I just imported taiyaki and open mouth taiyaki machines as well as machines to make baozi(steam buns). All part of my research. Love your channel.

Hello Moon Night 🌙 ✨️ 💕 Happy New Year to you. 😊 Here in Montreal, 🇨🇦 🍁 Canada we get vegetables directly from the grocery store. There is a special place they put them. Here they call them imperfect. Not ugly, but they are perhaps a little bruised yet still perfectly edible. The grocery store reduces the price on them and many people buy and use them. I certainly do. 😊 I am glad you are doing this as well because it reduces waste 🗑and the food is after all food and safe to eat. Moonnight, you should try adding cabbage to your beef soups. My mom is Salvadorian (From Central America) and she always adds cabbage, potatoes, and carrots (along with other veggies) to her beef soups. It really is delicious!
