- Secret recordings revealed by Channel 4 expose a canvasser for Reform UK leader Nigel Farage's Clacton MP campaign using a racial slur to describe the Prime Minister, who is of Indian origin.
The recording also show Islamophobic, homophobic and transphobic comments by other members.
Reform UK responded by stating that anyone making "unacceptable comments" will be removed from Mr Farage's campaign.
Peter Cardwell speaks with political correspondent for The Spectator, James Heale.

The point you are missing is around Channel 4's due diligence. If Channel 4 were a trusted news agency they have a duty of due diligence. How then, when the rest of the internet took less than ten minutes to uncover who Andrew Parker is, were Channel 4 unable to also figure it out?
Either they did, but decided to run with the story anyway. Or, they didn't bother to check him out. Under what circumstances would they not bother? Incompetence, or because they already knew who he was so didn't need to. Whichever of those scenarios, it's a stitch up however you look at it.
All this tip toeing around the issue..
It's pretty damn obvious this is a stitch-up, and if you can't see that in light of the information released regarding Andrew Parker and his "undercover recording" skills - you're pretty thick.

I did see a report that on ITV that Rishi has made a complaint to the Met police about the Racist language used to describe him by Mr Parker but that was yesterday and we are still waiting for an outcome such as charge him.
