I was given one of these free with my new Galaxy 23 but it came without charger or lead. It didn't work and the dealer reluctantly gave me a replacement but that was no better. I think you were lucky!
Sounds like maybe you are getting second hand products as it should have a cable and adapter if it came from Samsung. Since you don't have the a wall adapter you need to make sure it has the correct volts and amps in order to work correctly.

Hello. I have a question. Does the side that allows the galaxy watch charge have magnetic attraction? I am afraid that the watch will slip and not charge
Yes, it has a slight magnetic attraction to keep it in place. It will even pull it to center if you done line it up exactly.
Can it be used with an iPhone 7S? It's not charging and I'm not sure if I have a C plug or not...
I doubt it because Apple typically designs their stuff so you have to use their products. This phone charger is made by Samsung and works with most Android phones...not sure about apple products.
Is it normal for my phone to heat up when charging it? iI feel like the fan doesn't help much.
Typically phones heat up slightly on any wireless charger, but it should not be getting very hot or hot to the touch.
I was hoping to use this in my car,will it charge if phone is placed horizontal as well as vertical.
It does not have a magnet so your phone would fall off in a vertical position. I also think the bumps of the road might knock the phone off depending on how you have it setup in your car

yep it does work with iphones but you won't be able to charge the apple watch if you have one. I have 14 pro max and series 4 apple watch
I have a magnetic ring case on my phone and it works fine with that.

Been watching a ton of em trying to find specifics, one kinda did but still had music playing 🤦 if you find a channel that addresses it could you comment back here?
I received mine yesterday and the fan is kinda choppy, and on every 6th or 7th cycle there's a triple skip(?)

will this have fast charging for a note 20 5G?
They only list the Note 8 and 9 on the specs. I am not sure if it would work on the note 20 or not.
It shouldn't be super fast charging.. coz it's very slow.
Took 3.5 hours to make my s21 5g fully charged.
Did you have a high powered adapter hooked up? If you have a lower wattage one it won't charge as fast.

I don't understand what you mean by app...this product does not have an app as it is a charger.
How many hours to charge s23 ultra?
That is the phone I have and if it is if almost dead it will take a few hours to fully charge again. It charges at the same speed as if I was to plug it in with a Samsung adapter. Hope that helps.
@PureReviews but my samsung adapter 24w charge my phone 61 minutes when it's completely dead / off . This doesn't make sense. How many watts is your samsung adapter ? I have another samsung adapter but 20watts charge in 90 minutes.
@@EARTHKEENING Honestly I might not be remembering the total time correctly as I never let my phone get to the point of being dead as I have a lot of wireless chargers around the house. I can say when I tested the video I looked at how much time was left to charge the phone on the wireless charger vs plugging it in and it was the same. Either way it is a name brand charger and I think it works really well.

No, this one charge just a phone and the other spot is only for a watch.

Wireless charging started with the iPhone 8 series. Not iPhone X.
Good to know, never had an iPhone. I just went off the manufacture info for the iPhone part since I use it for our Samsung phones.
