  • This video explains what happens once you have lodged a CCMA complaint, be it for an unfair dismissal or any other complaint.     What if my employer objects con/arb at CCMA, what must I do to challenge their objection

      The employer can object to con/arb in terms of the CCMA Rules
      The best thing you can do is prepare your opening statement and witnesses for your arbitration

    If the company rejects con/arb does that now mean there’s going to be two “meetings”
