Delain is an excellent band, and I must say their songs have been getting even better over time. The balance between symphonic metal, pop music elements, and guttural vocals is impressive. This opens up space to attract new audiences, something Nightwish did with Anette Olzon, and I loved it. I hope to hear more songs with such powerful choruses. I’m looking forward to the next album with the new vocalist, who not only sings beautifully but is also gorgeous and very charming. 😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
Ooh another step forward in the sound of this song, as ever Delain progress with each recording, and this is no exception. Really tight rhythm section but clear guitars and synths tooed with Dianna's awesome vocals that cuts over the music with a delicate but powerful drive that makes it all come together so well. Another masterpiece of cleaver writing and production, awesome guys just awesome

@@Atlan0815 Firstly, I meant a live album and not a TH-cam video, and secondly, all these festival streams have a very mediocre sound at best, because that sound and mix is intended for PA at the venue, and not for home audio. Summer breeze's sound wasn't the worst, but it's very far from great - it can't even be compared to a professionally recorded and mixed concert like "A Decade of Delain: Live at Paradiso" for example.
@@SokolRock You are right, a nice Bluray and or Double CD would be nice and i would pre-order that blindly... Having seen them live two times so far since their comeback, i know how good they sound live...
I had to listen to it for like Twenty times so I could get the full effect.At first I was like oh there’s a different direction they’re taking, but after a couple more times it’s all clear.I love it!I wish that there was a very heavy guitar solo it that slow down.But you’re the professionals I’m a diehard listener and fan!

Dark Waters is one of the best albums i heard in years (Besides Illumishade's "Another side of you"). I LOVE the even more excessive synth work and Diana's voice really fits better to the whole music..her voice is cleaner, more pure and has a huge range.
