Little tip if the expansion vessel valve passing let all the air out put a bit of silicone grease in and recharge sorts 90% of them.

You can also get a small screwdriver onto the shrader and give it a gentle sharp tap and 99% it reseats itself. .

Great vid . So when the expansion vessel is flat and isn’t doing its job , am I correct in thinking when the pressure rises it’s going out the PRV ? Then when the heatings off it’s showing low pressure (hence customer having to continuasly top up)

I change alot of Schrader valves when doing expansion vessels, starting to think it might be my pump attachment knackering them 😂

Could've left that angled schrader adaptor you had on your pump and got yourself a new one 🫡
