Up 1,836 ft high with no rails!
An amazing place to visit but not for those afraid of heights !! There are no rails or anything to protect people from falling!! It’s otherwise easily accessible !!
The road going up is paved and smooth!
There are steps going up to the flat rock platform but it is heavily visited and there isn’t that much room up there! 😱😬😳!
Tons of climbing to do but all at your own risk!!

High Rock, located in Maryland, is a popular scenic overlook with an elevation of approximately 1,800 feet (548 meters). It offers stunning panoramic views of the Cumberland Valley and parts of Pennsylvania. The area is known for hiking, especially along the Appalachian Trail, which passes nearby, and it's a popular spot for hang gliding as well.
