    Hej Hej, Thanks so much for sharing. I have been lucky to visit Stockholm, but the walking tour of the area and explanation of the battle was great. Its fascinating to learn how the geography of the are had a direct impact on the outcome. Great Job!

    Any Swedish geneologists out there? I believe Knut Posse to be an ancestor of mine. Magnus Lagha brother to Knut Posse was a distant grandfather.

    St Johannes kyrka (st johannes church) is from 25:th of may 1890.

    Sadly Gustav vasa in 1527 odered to demolished the nunnery and the medival church at klara which on oder by Mangus Ladulås had build in the 1280's.
    The current church at Klara was built on order Johan III in the late 16:th century 1572 to 1590.

    Karl knutsson was the 8:th king to be named karl in Sweden so he is sometimes called Karl VIII.
