This is a very nice air pistol ! I only collect real guns, mostly WW1 and WW2 ones. But I had to buy this BB-pistol, I wanted a 1911 that I can shoot in my living room. It feels real and looks real, the accuracy is good also.
I have had it for 2 years now, shot around 7000 BB's out of it. It still works just as good as the day I got it. I had one failure a short time ago, the BB's got stuck inside the pistol. But that was my own fault for not cleaning it properly. I disassembled the pistol, cleaned everything inside and oiled it up with Pellgun-oil. Now it works like a charm again. I recommend cleaning this one properly, and only disassemble it if you know what you're doing.
It's made of good materials, no doubt. The metal is not real steel, it's pot-metal. But it's good quality pot-metal.
Is it about as powerful as a standard co2 pistol?
@@christopherwg4236 Pretty much. Maybe a little more. The BB's goes right through empty bean cans. It's quite powerful for a Co2 pistol.
I live in Canada so I can't have a hand gun and I love 1911's, so I ordered that one and man is it fun.
Over time it got scratched to heck so I took it apart and sanded the paint off and polished it and I have to say it looks way better.

Put a slim wedge of cardboard into the bb follower in the front of the mag to hold it down. This allows firing without any bbs loaded. Great fun to play pop gun with certain Utube videos. Also works with other guns that have empty mag action stops. Fun to play with outside too. A form of honesty airsoft without any projectiles.
Springfield makes a great weapon! I have a 1911 45 loaded model and a emp in 9mm made by Springfield greatest investment I made
Adam, you can't go wrong with a REAL SPRINGFIELD. I know they are expensive, but they are very ACCURATE right out of the box. That BB pistol will be a GREAT TRAINING FOR THE KIDS! Can't get much cheaper than a BB PISTOL!

Very cool WTW. I have a Crosman .45 acp style .177 caliber pellet pistol I bought at Walmart years ago. It also takes a CO2 cartridge in the grip. It's good for about 60 shots before they start to droop out of the muzzle. Yours is much more realistic looking though.

After watching your 22-250 big buck video, it would be cool, with deer that close, to see you take one with one of your pyramid air pellet/slug slingers. I remember the archery video with your son and the air powered arrow shot. Be sweet to see it with the pellet/slug.

These are very cool pistols. I have one that is mechanically identical but say Remington 1911RAC on the side.
Got a Remington rand issued to a col. Not a scratch.
Between those and the laser shell things I can shoot every day! I have air gun replicas of my favorite guns as well as the real things. It;s the perfect way to own that submachine gun also. From Broomhandle Moser to ARs they have them all. One hundredth the ballistic effect at in some cases one tenth the cost or less........

Just want to let everybody know out there that's silicone CO2 oil is $12 Family Dollar and get Vaseline it's the same thing as a CO2 oil it's the same stuff they make the CO2 oil out of but they want to charge people $12 message goes out to anybody and everybody that's heavenly air pistols in air rifles go to Family Dollar and get you some Vaseline I promise you your pistol and your rifle will last you a lot longer buy that CO2 oil want too much and you don't get that much for it gasoline is the way to go for air pistols and air rifles extend the life on them don't take my word go get some Vaseline depending on your CO2 listen to the magazine Anna work if you have a slow leak use Vaseline😊
