Boa noite Luiz, essa livraria não requer serial. Aqui funciona normalmente. Pode ser a configuração do seu PC ou até mesmo o Windows corrompido. Já tive que formatar por isso.

Hello, if it is a slack, you can try to put pressure on the inner part of the sustain jack. Sometimes it works. Good luck!
