yeah so far we mostly see zoos dedicated to 1 reagion only. however, most zoos we experience in reality dont even have a strict theme or have kind of disctricts. i guess the engine does not like too huge zoos so the performance slows down too much.
The things people build blow my mind. I can't even make a basic plan.

You need to start the game, then go to "my zoos" and then click the tab "downloads" 😊 hopefully this helps!
