The house was great but it felt like it was built on the wrong lot. The outdoor space looks a bit cramped.

I think for your next projects sir, it might be better to do without a presenter. The parts and areas of the house that are visible to the eyes need no elaborations as it is already obvious what they are. But if there be not so obvious details pertaining to the art and craft applied to a certain part of the structure such as decorative walls etc.., captions will do just fine.
The presenter would probably be better appreciated only for brief intros and extros. Just sharing a constructive critique to help enhance your future video presentations.

As expected most modern houses in the Philippines. When it comes to maids room they only gives a little space for their helpers. Small space with less air ventilation. Cramped and dark. As an owner you should a least give an importance and love for your helpers. Yes it’s true a lot of spaces that wasn’t really maximized well. And another thing the house doesn’t have passage ways outside all around the house on the ground floor. What if the house was burning how would the people escaped from fire. The pool area it could be nice if their are surrounding plants in it, it’s too plain and simple.

Hi sir , Mura po sya Kasi sir Hindi po tlga sya pangbenta. Dreamhouse po to nang owner it so happen na need po Nila nang fund for their business kya binbenta po Nila. Gusto lang Nila mbalik kung mgkno nagastos nila , wlaa po silang tubo 🙂

This is mansion as you've said but how come the maids room is good for only one made? Also, looks like this property has already been used and is now completing it's unfinished construction.

The house is a little bit ok but space is not maximized. The bedroom cabinets are very small. They should put walk in closets for each bedroom.

That's really a nice house and with your detailed presentation you can easily convince prospective buyers. Downside of the property is the location....bahain ang buong Cainta because it's a sort of a "catch basin".

Mukhang may personality naman si host pero kailangan ng speech improvement talaga. Kuha ka ng Public Speaking workshops sir para alam mo yung tamang words na dapat gamitin and tamang pronunciation. Pero overall, maayos naman po presentation, di nagmamadali.
Hopefully ginawa nalang first bedroom ang bar area. Pwede pang maging 10 bedrooms tong bahay na to sa sobrang laki ng space.

As a newbie pasado, BUT if I may creatively criticize the presentation. Choose a language that you are most fluent and comfortable with (for now while you hone your skills). Practice enunciation, diction, present and future tense, singular and plural. All that adds up when you do a presentation. Keep it up.
