THE BEST TIRAMISU! | Irish Cream Tiramisu

    INGREDIENTS:
    • egg whites from two large eggs
    • 50 grams caster sugar
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 50 grams caster sugar
    • ¼ cup homemade Baileys, check below link for the recipe
    • 250 grams mascarpone
    • about 13 pieces ladyfingers (savoiardi biscuits in Italian) - check my Homemade Ladyfingers recipe
    • 1¼ cups of strong and very good espresso**, room temperature
    • unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
    NOTE/S:
    1.) LADYFINGERS & BAILEYS - free to use store-bought if you have no time to make your own. Skip the latter if you don't like 😊
    2.) EGGS - make sure they are fresh and organic!
    3.) COFFEE - a strong and good coffee is another secret for a flavorful tiramisu! Got only instant coffee at home? Don’t be sad, you can use it! Dissolve 3 tablespoons of good instant coffee to a cup and half of hot water. Set aside to cool down before dunking your ladyfingers
    4.) SERVING - best serve after 24 hours of making and dust with cocoa powder just before serving
