That is mb in an editing issue, the recipe should be 4 iron in a cube with 2 planks on top, my mistake sorry
not sure but there is a mod that helps with conflict recipes i think its polymorph, maybe it has for the version?

Cool mod, but these animations are absurdly unvanilla.
They should not have animations like this, but they should he like the bow/crossbow where the animations are achieved through frame by frame texture changes.
The mod does seem well balanced though, so that's cool :)
There are millions of bow / crossbow reskin gun mods, and the problem with those is that they dont have the feeling of an actual gun
@@Eggmayor also resource packs like KSEPSP. Mr Crayfish' guns still better imo

The enchantments are useful but if I was making the mod, I’d wanna make a couple are that more interesting
Shotguns
Overpump - Fire Multiple Shells at once,increasing the amount of projectiles per shot by 5 (2 Levels Max - 15 pellets at once) (Cannot be paired with Slugger)
Slugger - Replaces the Multiple pellets with a Large Singular Bullet that pierces enemies (Cannot be Paired with Overpump)
Sawn-off - Increased Knockback + Recoil when Airborne (5 Max Levels)
Dragon Breath - Inflicts Fire Damage to Close by Targets
Machine Gun and Auto-gun
Focus - firing speed becomes faster the longer the trigger is held
Threatening Aura - slaying a Mob had a chance to temporarily cause other mobs to retreat for 1 second
Akimbo - Allows for the gun in your off hand to be loaded with a copy of a magazine in your primary hand, essentially doubling your Clip size
Rifle
Ricochet - Allows for the bullet to bounce off of surfaces and Pierce Enemies, each level increases the Number of Ricochets by 2 (Max Level 3)
Blasting - shooting a Mob will cause surrounding mobs to receive a Fraction of the damage delt to the original target
To the Goutros, please, for the love of everything, never, never, EVER, do the blur/censor effect on the normal bullet because you made it look like something else xD

There was a mod that I played almost a decade ago called “Flintlock Weapons mod” that had a similar feel, except all of the weapons were colonial-era black powder guns. The big theme of the gun was that you had to “load” them manually, by crafting the gun with gunpowder, and then crafting that item with the ammo, meaning you’d either have to carry multiple firearms or quickly craft in combat to reload.
It was a simple mod, but it felt very immersive and had an ingenious skill ceiling. I like the idea of most weapons being “low tech” to fit with Minecraft’s theme, and I have never found another mod that does it like that one did.
it's pretty good but i wouldn't call it the best, pretty creative and has some nice sollutions to otherwise complicated systems, but those systems just make things better. the magazine mechanic is a basic thing every gun mod should have imo, good that they did it, although most things that are missing i'd rather have. i'd probably put this on some A tier for all time mods, i honestly think Timeless and Classic is still the best
I am personally a fan of alloyed guns ( cgm addon) but wow these guns are amazing. The animations, the textures but the best, the netherite upgrade. I always imagined guns could be made of netherite and this makes my dream a reality.
Something told me there was something wrong with this mod, it looked so perfect until I read "Fabric"

Nah idc about vannila i use tech guns, tac (Timless and clasics) and Vics point blank witch in my opinion is 100x better than bren and bren dosent even work with sintra connector

this is by far, NOT the best gun mod for minecraft, here are better alternatives:
MrCrayfish's gun mod (Latest, i think)
Timeless and classics guns (1.16.5)
MW modern warfare guns (1.12.2)
blockfront is good
Timeless and Classic's and Vic's Point Blank entered the chat

Prefer mrcrayfish myself, is generally better in terms of performance for servers
@@machineambassador6118 well mrcrayfish is kinda just a skeleton for other mods, its more like a platform and i wouldnt use it personally, i used other gun mods on servers and didnt experience problems

Bren is made for fabric and I’m pretty sure the dev has no plans for a port 😁
