For FlipaClip u just have to lower frame rate to make it less fast other wise you have to add more frames. Keep up the good work!

If you are struggling with going too fast an easy fix is lowering the frames per second, but in the long run it’s better to hold poses for a few extra frames and having more in between frames to show a more clear movement

I know animating might be overwhelming at first but try to find enjoyment out of it and don't try to over do yourself.animating is a tedious skill to learn and sometimes its best to start simple

Your frames are too short you need to learn timeing and spaceing Frames
