Breaking the heated kiss, Silly looks away, “we…we can’t do this, Twitch, we can never be together!” She starts to pull away but Twitch grabs her elbows, softly but firmly “I don’t care, Silly! I love you, no matter what the world may think of us”.
Silly felt the tears well up in the corners of her eyes at hearing those words , “oh, Twitch, I..I wish I could stay and be with you but we’re from different worlds” she pulls away again but this time Twitch lets her, Silly continues “My father, he’d be outraged if he ever found out about this….about us” Twitch’s mind flashes to their last encounter with Doug of Doug, Silly’s father…….
……It was a heated battle on the Mario Fieldlands, Doug and his sons and daughters, specifically Chris Snack, Silly’s older brother, fought relentlessly against Twitch and their allies. It broke Silly’s heart to see her family fight so fiercely against the one she loved but she could do nothing, nothing except watch.
But now here they were, watching their soulmate feel forced to suppress what she feels simply because her father would never accept their love. But Twitch knows that she’s right, their love is forbidden and it could never be….but then Twitch had an idea
“If we have to go our separate ways then why not enjoy it while we can” Twitch says, making Silly turn around to face them again “what do you mean?” She asks, clearly confused,
“Well, why not enjoy each others love and company for tonight and then return to where we belong” Twitch says, their voice nervous yet hopeful. Silly smiles before softly grasping Twitch’s hands and looking deep into their eyes “I think I’d like that”
And once again, their lips meet and they embrace, Silly’s hands finding rest on their chest and Twitchs holding her hips, the kiss is deep and passionate, desperate to feel each other more. They stay with each other and both kiss and talk before
The sun is coming up over the horizon, they both know it’s time to say goodbye, forever. They look each other in the eyes before meeting again in one last kiss, the bittersweet feeling of knowing that they’d never be able to truly be together overcoming both of them, tears welling in both their eyes.
Because after all, their love could never be.

Can't hope to gain anything intelligent from the setup. Random actions are about the peak you can expect when you don't have any data about the environment, don't know what the goal is, and don't know how your actions progress towards that goal. It's about the same behavior one can expect from putting a human with no sensory organs and no memory into a spike filled room.
I mean even some basic details, like maybe rewards based on whether you won or lost and an input with some time information, would give you a basis for a genetic algorithm. I feel like it could make better use of its time than randomly flailing even though it can't see anything.

@@EA123EA That's not really feasible to do; you would need a proper AI to be able to see the screen and get meaningful data from it, and then another for choosing the best snack. Maybe if they got the level data not visually though, then it would fare better.

To make things more fair (as to not have the wins basically come down to level RNG), would it be possible to connect chat to one switch and Chris to another and have them face off in the _same_ levels simultaneously through multiplayer versus?

The underlying flaw with Doug Doug’s strategy is that he relies too much on Chris Snack. Sure, Chris’s randomness can get through a lot of levels, but his cons are bigger than his pros. Chris goes right too much, which might help but it mostly depends on the level and a lot of the times it hurts the run, either if it’s running out of time because he’s stuck on a wall or because there’s an enemy or an obstacle on the right and he can’t get pass it, it’s honestly not good for any of the levels he gets. Another flaw with Doug Doug’s play style is that he doesn’t wait on mostly easy levels and he uses his one skip, which is a lot of the times the reason he loses because he can’t skip an actual hard level, at least for the “AI” To improve his strategy I think he should use silly snack more. Now, it might seem like a horrible strategy because silly is even more random, but I think it balances out with the randomness of the levels so she does well. Also, Doug doesn’t give silly a chance because of his impatience. He thinks silly can’t get through the level because in the first few minutes she fails at jumps and other things but I think if he can just wait for a little while, silly could do the levels flawlessly for the most part. I also think Doug’s general selection of “AI’s” is one of the big problems, swim snack is okay for the most part but sleepy snack is so incredibly flawed, his awakening is the worst part because it can interrupt most auto levels and completely ruin the run. I think he should have two versions of sleepy, a version that stays still and a version that only moves right and jumps a little so he has more options. Anyways, I genuinely think this was a missed opportunity of a good ending, thanks for listening to my TED talk.

here's a suggestion: make yourself into a "snackmaster" of sorts - which is to say, adjust the random weightings manually in between levels to create a new snack for every occasion
Once again, I recommend having someone build a world for round three. Make the levels fair for both parties so neither gets a random level that fucks them or a random easy one that makes it seem like Twitch Chat is good
