How is that Ghost protein powder? I've been meaning to try it! When I saw they had Chips Ahoy, I was like, "I gotta try it out!" I just don't want to waste it because I kinda waste food. 💁🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ You really made those tacos look good. I really need to start back cooking again. Smh. Also, have you heard of No Bull? It's like a cross fit/training shoe (I think)... they look dope, but the ones I want are like $300. Idk what your price point is but you should check 'em out of you haven't already. Ashley, some gains are inches & muscle mass & fat loss. Muscle weighs more fat. So you look great! I eat a lot of Sirtfood foods that burn fat & grow muscles.
For some individuals, the fasting window is very important. 16:8 puts my body in fat burning mood. When I ate late at night & sweets, carbs or alcohol I gained weight. Just think if you're eating window is 11 am - 7 pm after you burn fat all night I drink celery, parsley, lemon,green apples, ginger, arugula. This drink literally turns on the fat burning. I could not believe it after 5 days my daughter said I see where my stomach got smaller.

If your freezer is big enough I've heard good things about musclefood for meat for your meal preps.
