This looks delightful! It reminds me of the Asian fusion food truck next to my work back home in Oregon. They made this wicked kimchi-bacon onigiri that they fried with a miso-soy glaze on both sides before topping with a fried egg. I miss that little place so much!! 😍💕

I didn’t even realize what I’d stumbled across at first…was watching, and noticed - hey, SK uses T-fal, too! Then, I noticed her red Kobenstyle pot (a few of which I also have, in different colors)! Finally looked at the poster and realized it IS Seonkyong!🤦🏻♀️😉❤ I like this format a lot, but I really enjoy her dialogue and cute demeanor. Either way, LOVE this channel!
This was deeeeericious! (I’m Asian, so I can say it that way!!!😊😂💕 Oiishi, in my mom’s native tongue!)…so easy, and yummy, just like all of Seonkyong’s 🙏🏼🥰recipes! I also almost always have bacon around, so tried that first…inclined to do a pork belly/SPAM mixture next! Left out the sugar, as I usually do. LOVE the runny yolk!
