I just bought this same Ice Cream maker, came home and read the instructions, cleaned the machine, froze the bowl. The next day I made my first ice cream, it was so easy to use. I live love love my ice cream maker, Cuisiart Ice30. With summer around the corner it will get lots of use. Thank you
After you froze the bowl per for 16 to 24 hours could you still hear liquid moving around in it? Trying to figure out if mine has an issue.
No after it sits in freezer you should not hear liquid sloshing.
@@christinejones7070 thank you so much! Thats what I thought because my old one froze completely.
I made the first batch yesterday. I love it!! I just made boring vanilla ice cream but it was the best boring vanilla ice cream I have ever tasted. Some did stick to the bottom but it was frozen and I didn't care. :)
Vanilla is a magnificent flavor. If you want boring, don't put any flavoring in your ice cream.
Simple, sweet and too the point! This was the PERFECT video! Thank you for making this. Appreciate what you added as far as the recipe.
Thank you excellent .sorry How many the price of this maker ice cream?
I just got one , any tips on taking out the frozen ice cream from Side without scratching the bowl? I’m so bugged my ice cream looks like crap
A plastic/ rubber dough scraper or spatula work well. Does the ice cream just look chunky? If that's the case it may have been over mixed in the machine and starts turning into butter. You can mix a little less and place the ice cream in an air tight container in the freezer after hours to set up more if needed.
I like it soft, crazy so many say to make it hard. We always set ours out on counter to melt a tad before we eat so this sounds lovely to me.
It's good either way.
Made my first batch today. Used a custard base with fresh peaches, which was chilled overnight. Bowl was frozen solid, over 30 hours, no sloshing sound, and I churned for 35 minutes, but the ice cream never got thicker. I ended up just putting the ice cream in the freezer, but I could have done that without the maker. How do you get it to freeze (My freezer is 1 degree F, -17C).
You can try lowering the sugar content of whatever you’re making! Sugar makes it harder for things to freeze in solid blocks
I am finding the same issue! Trying again now. Hoping this wasn’t a waste of storage space!!
Does the freezer bowl still make a sloshing or liquid sound once frozen for 24 hours prior to making ice cream?
I've got this maker and no it won't make that sloshing sound because it will be frozen solid. If its still making that sound after you put it in the freezer then it's not frozen but if you freeze it for 24 hrs then it should be frozen by that time. I've put mine in both a deep freezer and the fridge freezer and over night and by the next morning its frozen solid.😊😊
The mixture sticks to the canister
I attempted to use my machine for the first time. Made the ingredients for the strawberry ice cream and then dropped it on the floor. After about 2 hours of cleaning up the hold kitchen, then made the pistachio ice cream. Just now waiting it to freeze.
I just got mine and when I turned it on the motor made a sort of sandy gritty sound. Is that normal?
Looks good and simple. If it only worked and made ice cream.
Read the instructions now
There’s a difference between “I can’t figure out how to use household appliances” and “it doesn’t work.” It works. You don’t.
@@KevinCapolino Dod't pretend being smart. This is a pre frozen ice bucket. The only hight tech here is the motor that turns the paddle. Wow.
Do you have to freeze the container? Can I just let the machine run for 2 hours? Make it before cooking dinner and then have the ice cream we eat dinner?
You have to freeze the grey bowl that sits inside the machine. Let it freeze overnight.
You do not let it run for 2 hours. Maybe 30 at most. 2 hours and it will melt and turn into butter!
You can put it in something else then in the freezer when it’s done churning.
Why is this one so quiet? My brand new one, and many here on YT, are very noisy (due to the lid, which is required in order for it to spin).
How can you remove the ice cream that is frozen onto the inside of the bowl?
Is the bowl plastic or metal?
Metal
My right ear learned a lot
😅I was thinking the same exact thing
Yesterday, my new 2-quart Cuisinart ice cream maker arrived from Amazon. My new Cuisinart replaces my old broken Cuisinart that I have owned for years.
This should be called a milk shake maker.
I've had this for years and used it many times but it's not great. DO NOT expect to have decent ice cream after 20-25 minutes. You have runny ice cream that you have to put in the freezer and wait hours for it to become edible.
My son has a Cuisineart ice cream maker. Not this model. They don't pre freeze the container. But they have the ice cream maker run for like 2 hours. And the ice cream is perfect to me. They will eat some and then freeze the rest and prefer the harder frozen ice cream.
First time I used it, I turned it on once my mix was in. And it siezed up. The mix was liquid. I couldn't get the lid off again.
Turn it on _before_ adding your liquid base.
Is anyone else’s really loud?
Smile it"s not a funeral!
She definitely on the board of the company. I see no soul at all lol
She did smile. She doesn’t have to smile the whole video for you random stranger, go away.
I can't watch this. Why can't the demonstrator put her hair up.
Please do not buy this ice cream maker. The round rotating thing in the bottom does not spin. I’ve had this for two ear and have used it only three times. I don’t recommend this. Customer service was unable to help me. I won’t ever buy any of their products.
Thanks for warning us.
Did you have the lid locked in place? That happened to me once, then I realized I didn't lock it.
Ours turns! Have had and used this for 8yrs!
Mine is over ten years old
Lock your lid like the other comment mentioned
Por qué está en inglés 😮 que no debería de estar en español estamos en México 😊
El canal no es de México
That woman's long hair is grossing me out. Hair in ice cream, no thanks.
