Kenny Miller talks to Robbie Halliday about his first impressions of Pedro Caixinha when he joined Rangers in 2017. Kenny discusses the drama between him and Pedro and how the Portuguese manager couldn’t even look him in the eye. Kenny also talks about how Pedro would prepare all week for a match only for the team to play a different system.

Watching this thinking that guy is Andy Halliday’s double then checked the description 🤣
No way that’s exactly what a was thinking 😂😂😂😂
a was the same sounds like him anaw🤣🤣
I'm the same, thinking it's Andy 😅
Me too mate honestly I had to look twice, talks like him, his whole demeanour is the same lol 😂
Same lol, even the voice is Andy's voice, I guessed it was his bro as it's just too similar not to be.
Kenny miller should be in our hall of fame exceptional player and pro
As much as I love Kenny, he lost his legend status when he played for them.
He Will Be 1 Day
Great interview, mate. Fascinating to hear Kenny's POV on the whole Pedro debacle.
And yeah, there's a definite family resemblance around the nose area 😋👍 Subbed.
King Kenny...could listen to this legend all day! Great interview Robbie! 💗🤍💙5️⃣5️⃣🔴⚪🔵
Took me a while to relise this was Robbie Halliday 😂
Kenny every Bear loves you mate .
You were a well loved top player mate ,,,👍🇬🇧
Love this, it gives a clearer picture behind things and shows that so many rumours are just what they are, rumours. But one thing is so true is like what Barry Ferguson stated that he just didn't understand Rangers and I think Kenny explained this beautifully. Pedro just didn't understand Scottish football and Kenny understands that when it comes to playing against Motherwell, etc when you're Rangers, it could be 11 men behind the ball or something different like lobbing long balls. He just wasn't suited to Scottish football, which is why he didn't last long as manager.
Wouldn't mind having Kenny at the helm right now. His experience is 2nd to none.
Just subscribed mate. Only seen your channel once, this one. So looking forward to watching your other content 👍👍
Kenny always gave his all when he played for the 55 Champions
Kenny kissed the Septic badge in the Theatre of Secrets against the Rangers.
@@obe1276 Maybe he did but i support my team for football reasons and any player that plays for us i not into all that religious crap
Obe 1 so fuck, u play for who pays the wages! Kenny is a pro that done that! Admiration for him n am a celtic fan, some of these foreign boys want tae take note on how to have the right attitude,
@@windowken and yet he doesnt recognise he played for that nonce mob. Kenny is a true blue.
@@windowken what you on about he didnt mention religion.
Great interview, Robbie, the lousy treatment of Kenny and others in that squad by Caixinha eventually cost him his job. You can tell your brother, from a Hearts FC fan, that him and Craig Gordon were two of the very few good things to happen to us last season. Your bruv always gives 100% in a Hearts jersey, it's appreciated.
Aye, I got the feeling the players didn't really respect him. Maybe that wasn't the case at the start but it was near the end though.
Big Gordon's doing great. He's hosting supermarket sweep and doing all those cinch adds.
Some guy.
This is why some managers fail, they don't want to listen to others who might have more experience or simply don't want to change their footballing philosophy to suit. Steven Gerrard has grown and adapted, he has filled the team with guys who will dig in win the battles and then the quality will shine through, he listens to his back room staff and takes advice from old heads like Walter and Sir Alex. I'll be honest I liked the way Caixhina spoke and stood up for the club but he never got to grips with scottish football and like Kenny says just didn't listen to what people with experience of the league would tell him.
Caxinha took Miller out the squad all together after he got sacked that game against hearts at Murray field Miller back in and captained scores a double what a day that was. Class hearing one kennny Miller chants
Caixinha is one of the worst managers we've ever had, but atleast he brought Morelos to the club.
JJ brought him really.
@@rw5028 Do you actually think JJ had the power to sign players at the club haha? He was one of Pedro's assistants and recommended him.
And Ryan Jack
@@markcooper6107 I've worked under JJ afterwards. I know for a fact he signed Morelos.
@@rw5028 cool story bro
One of my all time Rangers greats. Absolutely 100% respect to this mans man who gave it all god bless K.M. thankyou👍
Appointing a clueless imposter like Caxinha again should never happen to this Football Club, that's another black mark on a long list of decisions taken at board level.
Kenny Miller has given his heart and soul to this football club and I'm astounded at a certain manager type can show utter disrespect to players and footballing culture.
No doubt Caxinha could sell sand to the Arabs, hence why he got the job, the board were clearly shafted good and proper with that appointment.
If you happen to read this Kenny, thanks for the memories and your unrivalled commitment on the football pitch for our club.

Miller is a top top guy, straight talker, no crap, sadly others havent got his style
Straight away watching this was thinking this guy looks and sounds like Andy Halliday, scrolls down to find a name...
Same, im like thats got to be a Halliday 😂
I was thinking the same, defo looks and sounds like him 😂
Not giving a legend like Kenny Miller a reason for dropping him out the squad says it all about Caixinha’s character. No wonder he was gone in no time at all.
Why is Cesc Fabregas interviewing Kenny Miller?
Professional as they come.
Gotta be Andy hallidays brother
Defo holidays wee bro lol
Andy Halliday 's Brother Robert
As a Celtic fan this was a very interesting take on what was probably your worst manager ever. If Celtic get Ange Whatever his name is he will be worse than Caixinha
This comment aged well.
Good call there eh.....

Just realized haha fucking brilliant ❤️🤍💙
Pedro was an imposter.
Running to Walter ffs
Sounds like Halliday
it is halliday... robbie halliday
Ange is the new Pedro.
Pedro killed kenny because kenny didnt want to follow that fud of a manager
55 and Counting ..............
great player kenny -i hated you at times lol-i was a steward at celtic park when yous beat benfica -big beattie got two i think -how celtic said you wurney good enough to play for celtic il never know-workrate 100 out of 100
A pest, but a headless chicken.
It was miller who got 2 and Pearson got 1. Kenny miller cost Celtic nothing. He helped celtic do the double. He scored in a 2-0 win over rangers and scored 3 champions league goals en route to the last 16. He wasn't prolific while at Celtic. Lawwell saw a chance of making a £3 Million profit on a player Celtic got for nothing and forced miller out the door.
@@wonjubhoy true -why go to celtic if its about loyalty to rangers -must be money
@@jackgogo2621 he was a professional football player earning a living who you support doesn’t come into it you go where the money is. Kenny Miller never gave less than a 100% no matter who he played for a true professional
Times they are a changing. Ge55ard will be Ge56ard at the end of next season. But really, by the end of Match Day 5, Rangers will be 56 champions elect 😁.
Who's Kenny miller
What u don't know you smoked his root 😂😂😂😂😂
Am a the only one that think he looks like Andy haliday 😂
Nearly like they’re brothers...
It sounds like there were players who didn't buy into what Pedro was asking, he was boss at the end of the day. Players are well paid and should do as they are told for me, the manager should never have to explain himself unless he decides to. Miller sounded very disrespectful. Ultimately the players let him down and were passing the buck. Gerrard would never have put up with players questioning his decisions and not performing his tactics. Pedro was a scapegoat for guys who just didn't have the quality. Also I will add I was never a fan of Miller since he went to them. Unforgivable
Kenny comes across like he has a entitlement to play , it’s about rangers not kenny Miller …
mate u andy hallidays love child
you have spoilt it for me ..every time i look at him i see andy halliday ..cant stop laughing ..top comment fella ..should be pinned...he even sounds like andy🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think Pedro against most opinions should have been given time ,

Miller, Halliday and Candeias were a bunch of pricks and I wouldn't have let them anywhere near that team after the semi......especially Halliday......he was shite and was getting torn to ribbons but still wanted to cause bother!
