Another cracking vid drew buey. I remember dad used to buckrake with a old stop man. He’s told me stories or looking doon the side of the bonnet as he was so close to the roof haha
Great video Drew 👍 was always told when goin above the walls of the pit look after the sides the middle will look after itself 🤔💪👍 what was dad sayin about the crazy drone stunt 🙄😳😂😂👍
Pits looking well. It gets interesting when you're down to one tractor width on top and there's another 25 acre to go, it's getting dark and the trailers are following each other in to tip! 🤣🤣🤣
Do you ever try rolling diagonally? It's the only way to roll the edges safely. You've 3 wheels on the clamp and the front one to let out to the edge. Do you know what l mean? You always seem to have good silage so that's the proof of the pudding!, 👌
Enjoyable vid as always Drew, to me the height of that pit doesn't seem to bad compared to some pits I've had to build over the years the worst one's are the covered pits most of the time can only just fit the JCB under the roof also really liking the new intro mate.
She's looking a little bit dangerous there alright, you really can't switch off for a moment and the pressure is on to get it all clamped. See how key the two main men are you on the clamp and your Dad on the forager. Also big shout out to the trailer guys those are bloody big trailers and take a bit manouvreing alright. Cracking video thanks Drew.
Awsome video Drew’s good 👍 drone footage you are doing a great job 👏 on the pit 👩🌾👩🌾🏴🏴☝️☝️🇬🇧🇬🇧🚜🚜👍👍👍
Wow! That was exciting. Loved the drone footage.
No hungry coo's this winter!! 🐄🐄🐄🐄🤣
That drone footage at the beginning, it looks like a golf course. I would hate driving across it and messing up the lines! 😂

Our pit was 80 ft
@@modelfarmer7490 Now that is a decent filled pit mate.

Great video drew👌
Nice job
I tried
At least the coos will no go hungry this winter
Can a vehicle crusher be used to "Flat Pack" each trailer full, akin to vacuum packing silage, just an idea.
Braw video Drew 👍
Going to have to get more cows!
We put 300 loads in bunk no take pationes pack
Quite late for pit silage there now drew
Well be starting hay baling soon ahaha
Not at all late here, grass is still growing like buggery still farms round about to do their grass
Nice pit :) Are the telehandler gonna reach to the top? :P
I hope so!
@@DrewsFarminLife good video i
well only good thing you wont hit the roof
You need to rise your standards on what you call high clamp. The old soviet clamps are 5M tall at some farms
So the same height as that pit he’s on infact he’s probably higher to be honest
@@gregshearer423 that's not 5 meters
@@jhavit7275 that pit is about 35 foot or more
@@mossey9925 do you speak metric ?
@@jhavit7275 about 10 meters
Why don’t you make another holding bin for the silage instead of packing it so high up
