    These are the exercises I used to build freaky knee strength so I can do things like reverse Nordics
    1. Poliquin step ups to overload the top range of knee extension
    2. ATG Split squats to rebuild your legs one side at a time
    3. Hamstring curl to train behind the knee HARD
    4. Full depth squats to build the tendons and ligaments of the knees
    5. Sissy squats - like reverse Nordics not necessary, just a cool circus trick

      Do you have anything for AMI, or Atherogenic Neuromuscular inhibition? It seems the Doc at Squat University doesn’t see a full range of motion at the knee as beneficial for some knee injuries. Do you know if the progressions you program can be worked through something like that.

      Hello Andrew,
      I am of 17 years of age and my weight is 100kgs
      I have been doing jogging(long distance) on asphalt surface since the last two weeks I have not done any form of cycling once in my life and not done much walking and strength training and my one knee is weaker than the other and make cracking noises I have a fear that my knees will rupture or get completely destroyed if this goes on for some more time or years and have no other way to reduce my weight other than jogging no outdoor parks are available near me and can't go to the gym I have a fear that my cartilage will wear out in some time what can I do to protect my knees please help.

    Hey there. There's a knee extension machine in my gym for hamstring curls, but it requires you to sit up in a chair position instead of lying prone like you in this video. Will that have the same effect? Many thanks

      hi ! the seated is in most cases even better since you get a deeper hamstring stretch

    Do you separate these? Or all in one day? I would assume it would be something like all body weight workouts one day for tendon strengthening and everything else like deep squats with weights is for the other day, train three times a week with rest days in between🤷‍♂️

    • @Vatsuggggg
      @Vatsuggggg 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    when i do atg split squats, is it normal to feel everything in hip flexor and very little quads? I want to hypertrophy my quads bro

    • @colestevens6016
      @colestevens6016 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You have to really work on the form, when I do these I feel a good stretch on my hip flexors but also get an absolutely absurd quad pump, really focus on keeping that weight on you front foot, also you don’t need to go all the way up like him, maybe stop halfway of where he goes. It then acts like a lengthened partial and if you do them slow and controlled it’s impossible not to get a nice quad pump

    • @Kaushik6570
      @Kaushik6570 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Absolutely not. Work your way up, you'll have bulletproof tendons. It's a slower process than muscle building, but you'll thank later

    Repent of your sins and turn to Jesus Christ for he died for all of us while we were still sinners. He is coming back soon.
