    3:05-3:07 Anaheim too many men

By your logic the Jets also had too many men at the exact same time. During a line change as long as one of those coming on hasn't touched a puck while a player is still coming off the ice then it's fair game

@alightfoot68 Anaheim had full possession therefore too many men. The rule isn't whether one of the new skaters touches the puck, it's if any skater touches the puck. Anaheim was passing around in the neutral zone with complete possession and 8 pairs of skates on the ice, 100% too many men. Perhaps you're thinking of a dump and chase, and in that case it's not unusual to have 2 or 3 players overlapping a change, but with full possession it is a penalty.

@@emmkay56 it absolutely has everything to do with what I was explaining. The actual rule states
If while making a substitution, either the player entering the game or the player leaving intentionally plays the puck with their stick skates, body or intentionally makes any physical contact with an opposing player, then the infraction of Too Many Players will be called, unless the contact warrants a more severe penalty.
I mean your other comment about the net being knocked on purpose is also incorrect but I get that you are just upset with the loss. Tbh the Jets should've easily won this game with how many chances they got and didn't capitalize on. It just happens sometimes. At least they got a point instead of getting nothing out of it.

The net was knocked off on purpose, no question. On my TSN feed the view from behind the goal was shown and it was clearly an intentional act. That angle wasn't shown here, likely for good reason. Not a conspiracy theory.
