In Malaysia we never need to fry durian to make durian gravy . Why they makes durian gravy soo complicated to cook.?
I invited everyone come to Malaysia and try to eat durian gravy @ kuah durian @ serawa durian with bread or sticky rice. It tastes so delicious.

這位小姐很漂亮
但是生米放進鍋裡都沒把生米弄乾淨，拿三色醬菜也是夾很大坨到處掉，挖三色飯也是一個勺子挖三種顏色的飯，所以這漂亮小姐一定不是真的會做菜喔！

I've only ever heard of the durian fruit referred to negatively because of the smell and the taste when it is raw. Does frying the fruit whole like that before opening it improve the smell and the taste or is that something you just have to get used to?

It is not only pesticides we must be careful about. Many people in cambodia and Thailand still using aluminium steamers and cooking utensils. My poor Aunry bought a whole set of aluminium
cookware from there. She put her drinking water and used it everyday. Now she has alzheimers 😢

Sister Beware..!! Toxic insecticide maybe sulfur on durian peel. You put durian in hot oil is not good idea...!! I have no idea..Why you do like that ? Durian meat eat with sticky rice and coconut milk. It's perfect already. 😋

I love durian. You fry it is it to enhance the flavour and all sweetness. Like we do for banana which my brother likes that dish.
