No. The DD50 got cut off as of 2005. Too damn dirty for EPA standards, even though the original DD50 didn't emit so much crap like it last did. When the EGR system was tacked onto the DD50, let's just say that any given 2-stroke Diesel engine emitted less crap than what the DD50 EGR did. Detroit Diesel had no choice but to kill the DD50 altogether.
I did some reserach af found out it's actually an 8.5 liter inline 4... odd, but true! from wikipedia, hp ratings: 890 ft·lbf @ 1200 rpm 250-275 hp govern at 1800-2100 rpm 1050 ft·lbf @ 1200 rpm 315-320 hp Govern at 1800-2100 rpm -Cody

This is my all time favorite bus sounds. Sounds like it's outside because you can't hear the Allison v731's whine. Nonetheless makes me nostalgic!
