Individual Ballhandling and Swing Through workout

  • An individual workout when you're in the gym by yourself. You can make up the reps at your leisure.
    Ball handling warm ups ( Full Court and Back)
    2 Ball ball handling (30 seconds of each exercise)
    Cone Drills (Made layup and Made jump shot right and left w/ each move)
    Swing Throughs (Make layup and jump shot with each swing through and jab)
    *Make 2 free throws between each set
    Workout should take between 45 mins and 1 hr.
