I presumed that Shaky referred to tremor but now I'm getting the feeling that it means shaky as in unsteady lifestyle. If I considered buying a cook book with that title I'd be expecting to find tips on managing tremor whilst cooking which would certainly appeal to me. I usually prepare things on a tray to make it easier to control spills. Is this your intention?
