We have purchased 2 hoses this summer both broke up by the part where you connect it to the faucet, the second one my husband went to the hardware you can get a piece that replaced the connector, BAM! new hose.

We used to do liquidation and the Wal-Mart pallets were the worst. It is amazing what people will return. I would be embarrassed to even try to return many of the items. I love you sense of humor with these pallets.

I have a friend that works at WM, he's seen things you wouldn't believe returned! The thing is the people that work up front at the customer service desk, don't look at what condition the returned item is in, the just look to see if it's the right item! He's seen bicycles returned that they don't even sell at WM!!! No joke! Since he started working there the return policy is crazy! Every once in a while there is a great person that will NOT accept something that someone wants to return, because it s not sold at WM, but for the most part they take almost anything back. It sucks for the person that works in claims, but they mostly don't have a say in the decision!!!
Just a little bit of information for you to think about, the "people" (I use that word with much doubt in my voice!!!!!!!) Is part of the reason why you end up with the "junk" in the pallets you get from them!

Yes, we would get returns to the walmart store I worked at but we didn't sell that product but they brought the item from walmart online. It was fun trying to figure out what to do with the item. most times we just stuck the oddball in clearance or threw it out when you could tell it was clearly used. Then right after I left I heard that they just dump all returns no matter what into these liquidation pallets now and nothing goes back on the shelves. made it easier on the stocking staff.
Walmart here in Victoria B.C Canada 🇨🇦 there are no returns on camping equipment and Halloween costumes. Nope Nope.🤪 or Xmas trees etc.

when I worked at walmart are big offenders I remember were buying kids bike and returning them in the fall well used and abused and get their money back and the same people would do it again the next year and repeat.
