- Professor X finally got nerfed, but that means he's actually much scarier alongside Mr. Negative! Could this mean an even more toxic version of the card will take over the meta?

Power Estimate: Like most Mr. Negative decks, this one feels like it lacks consistency. It can go crazy when things line up, and if you're a smart snapper, you may be able to climb on the back of those cubes even when the win rate lands below 50%. Professor X felt like a pretty reasonable addition to the deck, but might lack the absurd high roll potential of an Arnim Zola, Knull, and Jane Foster build.

Dude. The opponent BM emoting at you and then their Iron Lad hitting Beast to lose them the game... that might be the most satisfying thing I've ever seen in this game.

I've generally kinda liked Professor X. (I know) But today an opponent played Ravonna on Castle Blackstone for a turn 3 Professor X and I wanted to die.
Quantum Tunnel pulling Havok, Morph into Iron Man into Klyntar was so good. Comedy gold, the tilt was warranted.

I swear to God that BM emote into iron lad beast is the most accurate definition of Karma. It made me happy
this was so fun to watch, not just "perfect scenario" games to flex any given deck

Yea, I encountered X in a Negative list earlier when I was playing a Negative deck. I think it was a bot because they completely locked themselves out of locations going into Turn 7 (Four cards on one, Space Throne with a Tiger Spirit, and X on the last area.

When Prof. X got nerfed I immediately thought of a negative deck bc some of my favorite decks are negative decks just bc I like the idea of him. He has one of the more unique effects in the game and it is super cool.

I went +12 net cubes 64% win rate as 11-6 with a slightly modified version of this tonight, it feels incredible right now, X is back baby!

The morph has a good chance to hit those cards that u sent through machineworld, dont think it would have won but it would have been fun to see it play out!
Giving the opponent another shehulk could have lost the game, I think this is actually the best line

Having played quite a bit of mr negative decks, and also some c3 decks, it just feels so brutal when you dont hit your core cards.
I will try any deck with Morph in it. I love that card and wish he had more homes in decks.

I think wolfsbane might be more reliable than Morph, but i love my morph variant so i tend to run him anyways.
It might be. My logic was to have a "tempo" option on 3 for Professor X on 4. So Ravonna->Morph->X. I figured Morph was generally gonna be stronger on 3, although of course often worse late post-negative.

Ravonna now works with Pro X. I think it’s more of a buff. X fits in more decks now.

I'm not gonna lie. I've played this deck and it's actually surprisingly strong. Instead of Morph I like running either Psylocke or Jeff! to compliment the natural lockdown/energy cheat synergy of the deck. I understand Morph is fun but without him the deck is crazy consistent and can't really be "countered" in the traditional sense. You would need a deck of strictly tech cards to counterplay ProfNegative without T3Negative.
Yeah I've been trying similar decks. I also think Blue Marvel is a good sub in, maybe even for Darkhawk since he's not great in the current meta and BM gives you the ability to spread power into multiple locations while still being a decent target for Negative and Mystique.

I think in game 2 there is an interesting, and I think unbeatable, turn 4 play. Turn 3 you ended with professor, then drew mystique with iron man and havoc in hand. I would've copied professor x, then iron man and havoc. No future rogue or enchantress concern, no way bishop out scales havoc and iron man. Unless they soul read you turn 4 since you had priority, but you also had priority turn 6

Wouldnt Darkhawk into Klyntar keep the power he has at that point? It would prevent the scale down when opponent keeps drawing cards. 15:02
