exactly they look at height first, I know of models that are hotter but arent tall enough to be angels. they dont seem to worry about the faces so much any more, just height then body and face third.
VS is known as "sexy" the main thing they sell is lingerie. I didn't say Behati didn't have a nice body, anything about her personality. All i'm saying is.. she's just cute. She could model for Forever21 or something like that.. But for VS? I mean com'on, look at Adriana, Erin, Candice and Lily, they're totally VS material. :)
In my eyes these women are always beautiful and will always be beautiful, it is sad that they will be thrown out within 5 years because they are "old" and there for no longer "beautiful in the eyes of the people behind VS. And most of these people are not even skinny, traffic stoppers when it comes to looks and yet they pull the plug when it is time for these super models to leae the company.

Wow its hard enough not to compare yourself to others...for a lot of people and here people are comparing the models...which is what so wrong about the world...and about it being so hard to be woman and try to be comfortable in your own skin...I know I will never have a body like this due to severe health issues and being overweight from medication...and always feeling bad about myself, which I would be an easy target to people to be put down if I was next to some other girl who looked better than me, while people not know that I have health issues and that I am on medication.
