Move over Crazy Eddie, it's Mad Jack's.
It seemed like all of the Independent stations aired reruns of Different Strokes in the 80s and Early 90s.

don't think I really remember robotech from back in the day? all I know about it is the macross stuff which I did see some of on VHS (and how awful harmony gold is/was) but definitely a cool series.

0:41 - Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman vs. Dr. Doom? Not as crazy as it sounds. According to the current head of D.C. Cinematic Division, James Gunn, both D.C. and Marvel have tossed around the idea of doing a combo movie that would combine their cinematic universes. It would probably be expensive as hell to put together, but I'd love to see it a reality.

There was a limited comic series pitting DC and Marvel characters back in the 90's

@@80sCommercialVault yup, which led to the Amalgam series of comics with fusions of DC and Marvel characters

Ah, Robotech! that strange frankenstein of three 80s animes (Macross, Southern Cross and Mospeada) which they gave here in the West as something totally different from what they gave in Japan.

So many wacky adventures and guest stars on CHiPs! Plus I wanted to see more people stop Mr. Drummond from doing his building projects! But the KUSI Follow The Sun ad was awesome!

The only thing I remember about Wheeled Warriors is the cartoon had a kick-ass theme song. th-cam.com/video/y9K0SzFIf4A/w-d-xo.html

KUSI Follow The Sun Promo- I wish this song was longer. It's so catchy and a nice combination of footage of people on the beach and scenes from the various syndicated sitcoms shown on the station as well.
Popsicle- I can totally imagine a lot of kids singing and dancing with their popsicles like the ones in this commercial during their free time. Especially when their parents aren't home.

Mego made both Marvel and DC figures in the 70's in their "World's Greatest Superheroes" line, so it's actually not that odd for the era.

@@80sCommercialVault oh for sure. I more meant my friends and I were pretty divided over whose heroes were better, Marvel or DC. To have them together would have been practically blasphemy! Although I like both now.
