So I have one question that I’m not sure if you have answered before. Does your company offer to out side sates to help restore traffic lights after a hurricane or other major storm that takes out traffic lights? Or is that all handled in state only ?

What is the conduit doing at the other end? I have visions of it just being encased in the concrete.
