I was able to find some HD profiles for WMM after a quick google search. You should be able to just download them, and then select 1920x1280HD or whatever you want as your output render.

Took the UI mostly from a European mage named Zumzar. Should be able to find it through google.

Odd, when I export with WMM it murders the quality more then your vid

I'm just putting my fraps videos into Windows Movie Maker and exporting. Nothing special.
