It's not bad for a beginner charter. I could be totally wrong but some of the note choices seem a little off in tone up or down, mostly between 0:49 and 1:02 just something I think you can do better but this looks really good, timing and everything else looks spot on. But one other thing maybe to think about at least for me when I chart a song I try to make sure when a chord shows up in the chart it always goes with the same note in a song, so a chord doesn't "sound" different at one point than it does earlier in the song. I usually do that unless I start to run out of chord shapes because It can help make the chart feel more consistent, the same way you probably wouldn't use multiple different chords for the same note in the song if that makes sense. But anyway I like what you're doing keep at it, keep improving and eventually you'll be a master no doubt.
