Don't forget, a CDD is FOREVER and WILL go up. HOA only $100.00 a year? ONLY while the builder is in control, THEN it will go up as well. I have a Dream Finders home in another area, it is a beautiful home, my dream home, but we purchased 4 years ago for the same house with extended Lanai, and it was $302.00 including a premium lot. The house has 8' doors, so many upgrades. We love it. Just don't believe the prices, they are only while builder control, we found that out the hard way in a previous home and the CDD went up every year by $500.00 until we had to move to get out of the raises.
That’s not typical and most CDDs are a 30 year bond and not forever. If you sell the house it stays with the house. Some communities have two CDDs one that takes care of the amenities which doesn’t go away and the other goes away after 30 years. It all depends on the community.
I had my heart set on living in Clermont but ivd seen more reasonably priced homes in Minneola and Davenport but Minneola still have homes available for around 300k ?
What a beautiful home!! Thanks for all of your information.
Hi, I have a question. When does phrase three begin selling lots in Parkview on the Hills? Thanks

My wife and I are in the process of moving to the area and we are trying to decide between Clermont and Minneola
Both great areas and close to everything. Clermont has amazing things being added to the area but so does Minneola. You can’t go wrong either way
If you could choose one of these two, which would it be? I’m torn!

300k is a tough number. You could get a villa at Palms for mid 300k.
