First you need a job offer related with your profile then you can but IELTS must for you because qualification grade compared to NZ isn’t enough for points

Not possible… according to new rules. For better recommendation, you must visit to a good lawyer . If your employer agree to promote your position above level 4 or 5 then you can able to get extension

Nursing ਵਾਸਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ Qualification assessment ਕਰਵਾਉਣੀ ਪੈਣੀ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਤੁਸੀ ਕੰਮ ਲੱਭ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ । ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਬਹਿਤਰ ਤਾਂ ਇਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀ ਕੋਈ medical lab related diploma ਕਰ ਲਵੋ , ਉਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਪਤਾ ਕਰੋ ।
ਤੁਹਾਡਾ work permit ‘ਚ covert ਨਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ

ਜੇ file ਲੱਗ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ 7 April 2024 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਪੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ । ਪਰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣਗੇ ।
ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਜੇ job ANSCO level 4 or 5 ‘ਚ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਏਗੀ । IELTS minimum requirement - 4 bands

I get a PhD Admission. And also get a visa of new zealand. And my wife visa category is partner of student work visa. Can my wife eligible for this visa. I saw your couple of video. Where you say.work visa policy have been changed. Does my wife visa category effect?please inform me.

You can apply for her visitor visa if you are on study visa in NZ . Later on, she can convert her visa to work visa if someone gives her job offer.
