Adrian Leeds is a Real Estate Professional based in Paris, France. Hi Adrian, another advantage of living in France versus living in the U.S. is that there aren't as many guns in France as in the U.S. I'm not sure how to put that tactfully in a presentation, but it's a thing for folk. Also, you gave the cost of owning and operating a car in the US for comparison to not having a car in France; but, isn't it even more expensive to own a vehicle in France due to petrol costing more? In addition, I think the slide about the healthcare is saying that 387 towns are over an hour drive to reach an ER, not the other way around. Thanks from Texas.
