    Adrian Leeds is a Real Estate Professional based in Paris, France. The Adrian Leeds Group is a licensed real estate agency offering complete property consultation services primarily for North Americans and other Anglophones wanting to live and/or invest in France. She is considered the premier property expert in France for the North American community. She came to France in 1994 with her family for a one-year “sabbatical”...and never left. In order to survive in the City of Light as a single mother, Adrian created a variety of businesses devoted to assisting other expatriates in their quest to fulfill their dream to live in France. She wrote and published the first online Paris restaurant guide in 1996; created and ran a French-English conversation group for 20 years; and has filmed more than 50 episodes of HGTV’s House Hunters International since 2006!     Hi Adrian, another advantage of living in France versus living in the U.S. is that there aren't as many guns in France as in the U.S. I'm not sure how to put that tactfully in a presentation, but it's a thing for folk. Also, you gave the cost of owning and operating a car in the US for comparison to not having a car in France; but, isn't it even more expensive to own a vehicle in France due to petrol costing more? In addition, I think the slide about the healthcare is saying that 387 towns are over an hour drive to reach an ER, not the other way around. Thanks from Texas.
