- Very Rusty 'ORODJE ZREČE' Wrench RESTORATION - UNIOR Tools
The company was founded in 1919 from a forge and employed around 250 people until the outbreak of World War II. Hand tools for agriculture and forestry as well as other trades were made. After the WW II, the company was re-established under the name "Steel-tool-fabrique Zreče". In 1980s the company was a tool supplier for European automobile manufacturers such as BMW and Volkswagen. Today the company manufactures tools for the automotive, motorcycle and bicycle sectors. Kovaška has subsidiaries in Austria, Switzerland and Germany for the distribution of its tools.
This old and rusty wrench i found in a home workshop where we have a lot of old tools.
Year of manufacture of this ORODJE ZREČE wrench dates back to 1947, today it is called the company UNIOR.
THE RESTORATION PROCESS
I started with Electrolysis process, in a small container with water, baking soda and electricity. Wrench ORODJE ZREČE I first grinded with sand paper grit 220, and soon grabbed a file.
I've been working on the wrench key for so long, that I came to flat surfaces, without holes.
Followed by a process of grinding from 200 grit to 1200 grit with sand paper and polishing with paste.
I am very pleased with the end result. Wrench ORODJE ZREČE (UNIOR) is like a new! 🔧

Stari Unior da. Novi više ne (bar ne kliješta), nažalost… 😢
@@nidjo365 Razumin.Iman Unior klišta i gumeni ulošci su ispali nažalost inače 20 godina kasnije nema hrđe ništa.Moja glavna klišta su Knipex
