no it is a reference to a forum member named Vladimir who said those who owned .01% of the total amount of a crypto belong in a exclusive club. basically 100 members or less of a particular crypt are in exclusive status. this predates Robinhood by a number of years

Tbh even outside of being able to afford this the people in charge would not have the needed political organizing skills to make this work. All they've shown us time and time again is they are laughably incompetent on that front. The people in charge of this don't seem to even understand that they'd never be able to legally establish gambling on this island either. As its already owned by an indigenous government and they legally forbid gambling. That's why6 I agree with people who say even if the indigenous government here concedes and sort of lets this take off minus the gambling it's gonna be like lord of the flies by irl.
