Hi Peter, I just tried the link in the description and it downloaded the software for me... but if that link is still not working for you, here's a link to the product page:

Once on the product page, scroll down until you see tabs going across for Specs/All Models/Reviews/Manuals and Downloads - Select "Manuals and Downloads" and you'll see a download link for Software there. Sorry you ran into trouble with the link in the description. Let me know how you make out.

@0:56 it says instruction for Ethernet are linked but they are not. Whats the web server default password?

high i am working on the strain gauges and i am using this platinum series controller. i have downloaded the software but i am unable to calculate strain or voltage fluctuated by it. is there any different configuration or any input process that i am using wrong cause its always showing temp
