As far as I know,Salba was consulted to make this combi. Ironed out all the kinks. Looks, not easier to skate, but more flowing. Chris shreds. So cool to see him ripping.

Chris is amazing! I remmbr meeting him last weekend while skating the combi,n i didnt even no he was a pro![he did soo good] and my runs were pretty sketchy that day but he was so chill about it and so nice.Hes a great overall person and an AMAZING skater :Dyaay chris gl for 2010 combi ! xD

My very first good board was a G&S Chris Miller with the lizard on the steps. Indys and slime balls. Later had the Schmitt Stix dog board and really loved that board. Damn I miss how awesome skating was back then.

Yes, same guy. I would rent that movie just for the boarding bit, rewind watch again and again then go skate. We had no skate movies to rent at the time from the local vid store besides Thrashin, Gleaming the cube and P A 4. When one of us would buy a Powell movie it would get messed up from recording it so many times. Sorry for 6 yr wait.

@cm12093 we are talking apples and oranges. Chris Miller almost looks bored when he rides, its just that smooth and effortless. Hosoi has a pretty dramatic style when he skates, you can spot him from anywhere. What you are talking about is fashion not style, and ohai Chris...

I had that deck, too and I loved that board. It wasn't the first deck to have a kick nose though. I am thinking of setting up a re-issue with some indy 169s and Miller's 58mm bones to shred the parks with.

Chris Miller has soooo much better style than hosoi...he goes so much faster and throws down tricks nobody else is doing....Hosoi has great style as well but Miller never needed long hair n a tshirt hanging out of back of shorts......he is as close as there could be to a perfect pool skater...
