You're probably talking about the post skill delay, which I'm not sure what it is (I'm guessing it's the same for both), but I do know that the post skill delay only applies to before the skill starts. The projecticle speed on both is 120ms. Now I'd like to know where you got your information from, because it seems to be quite off.
@NiHaoStanley There's a few guns and Perks in the next Call of Duty, they're the most damaging guns in the game and they're potentially the most useful when upgraded. But the guns have no attachments or other form of boosts and the Perks, well they have no Pro version... Unless you get out your wallet, then you can create the most powerful guy in the game. The Perks are every other Perk combined and the gun now fires homing bullets, can shoot through walls and instantly disables aircraft.

@DTxJT these are the people wh used so many things to make them overp owered to solo things... it is still vital to have a party to help you take down bosses, like the balrog.. which we still failed, but it's just that no one ever seems to go on expeditions anymore, they are nearly always empty.
@Threadnaught For the first half of the game you'll be relying on the other Classes, until you find a good place to Master them. Nothing like being able to cast Healing and Attack Spells while doing massive damage with unarmed attacks. Or in the case of the Mime, being able to spam a Shield spell and Attack spell in the same action for zero mana cost. All this from holding a button. There's totally no way this is overpowered and takes out all the effort needed to complete the game.
By the time I saw the one million, six hundred and ninety one thousand, two hundred and fifteenth card I knew -- KNEW he was gonna successfully solo that dragon guy.

notce at 3:08 the horntail has the increase armor buff, and he is only supposed to only 1 damage, however, he takes at least 6 crits from the phantom overpowered....yes
@Aegisdottir For me is more like 2005-2007, i think the best times were while there were only warriors,bowmans,magicians and thiefs it was so simple and not detailed game, i can't now put all in my brain there are lots of stuff to think of while your playing i can't realax -.-
dam, his buffs are godly, when unbuffed he only hit around 300~500k per hit. :D. gave me some confidence after i started crying fromm all those 999999 flying about in the wind

This guy got hella lots of epic items thats why he does that much damage any class could hit for that much. Thank you for your time..
@mario1dude they slightly nerfed the power also making their other skillz less OP but if ur funded i guess you would be above average against the new classes

Bishops Come in for healing and buffs. Phantom is more in Attacking. Its good to have both and there is more phantoms coming than bishops.
